Aymeric arrived.
Angelo: Hey, I stopped your fiancé from snooping on your phone.
He went on his Instagram and saw he had another message from Thomas.
@thomas.dekker: I'm confiding in you at a difficult time in my life. My husband still refuses to be intimate with me, and I feel devastated and desperate. I feel like an inexperienced teenager with this new, foreign body. The idea of being intimate with other men terrifies me because I'm afraid I won't be up to it. However, I know I could feel safe with you. Your presence and support would be invaluable to me right now. I'll need your support and your guidance to get through this ordeal, man to man.
Sabrina: I want to see...
Angelo: And me too.
Sabrina: You're still just a child.
He showed it to him, and then Aymeric deleted the message without showing it to Angelo.
Angelo: Okay, am I to understand that I've become the invisible man?
Sabrina: Message, not for those under 25.
Aymeric (lying): Someone who offered to increase my followers, I deleted it... It doesn't matter. What were you talking about?
Sabrina: About my "grey" demons in my orbs.
Aymeric: Please stop...
Angelo: She should write a science fiction book.
Sabrina: My son, the one I had with Bill, wanted to become an actor and produce his own science fiction films, precisely to talk about his real-life experiences. But since he interferes with electricity, he can cause power outages or break down electrical appliances if he doesn't control his emotions well enough. Well, that could have been a problem on set, and he wasn't skilled enough to become an actor before being able to direct and write his own personal films...
Angelo: Thank you for opening my eyes to things I didn't know. I never thought I'd meet people with such wild imaginations in my life!
Sabrina: You should write songs about conspiracy theories; it could be really interesting and captivating for people...
Angelo: Thanks, but I prefer to focus on Cartesian stories. I like people to be able to identify with my lyrics and identify with the characters. I've never been interested in conspiracy theories, but in reality.
Aymeric: Sabrina, maybe you should stop trying to steer Angelo towards your crazy beliefs. Everyone has their own inspirations, and it's important to respect that.
Sabrina: Which of us is more schizophrenic?
Aymeric: I take medication and see a psychiatrist, but you don't...
Sabrina: I didn't mention the lizard man, even though we recently came into contact with a cloned lizard. I liked how you spoke to him; it was full of testosterone, not as much as Bill's when he speaks, but almost...
Aymeric: Sabrina and I recently had a discussion with Thomas.
Angelo (laughing): But who is this Thomas, this lizard man?
Sabrina: The one you mentioned as an exhibitionist when I showed you his profile!
Angelo: Oh yes, I remember... so you're in contact...
Aymeric: He tried to disrupt our relationship by acting inappropriately. I was deeply shocked by his actions and sincerely regret having an affair with him...
Sabrina: Finally, you realized that you were incompatible with lizards...
Aymeric: We are both dismayed by Thomas's behavior, which seems to have gone too far.
Angelo: If I understand correctly, Thomas is an old boyfriend of yours?
Aymeric: Yes, he's the guy who allowed me to screen my film about my personal life since he works in the film industry, and I'm concerned about the abuse I suffered...
Angelo: I bet he blackmailed you... You said yes to his advances and in exchange, he promised to direct your film, is that right? Did you really agree when it happened?
Aymeric: We got to know each other, we talked about our fairly similar lives because he himself was abused as a child and I was during my teenage years, so we talked about that a lot, and then we ended up getting closer naturally. I consented, yes.
Angelo: You probably thought about settling down with him seriously, right?
Aymeric: At the time, Thomas had two girlfriends and one boyfriend...
Angelo: And you too?
Aymeric: Yes
Angelo: Wow... And in the end, you two ended up breaking up?
Aymeric: Yes... he...
He remembered the terrible and traumatic scene he had experienced, while he was sober...
Aymeric: Besides, I don't understand what could have happened at that moment, I was completely sober, and I had...
Sabrina: Tell me.
Aymeric: I had a hallucination while I was sober, I saw him transform into...
Sabrina: Lizard
Aymeric: No...
Sabrina: Yes, assume you were sober and you saw him, because he wanted to show you who he really was, like me, when he raped me...
Angelo: Were you raped?
Sabrina: The important thing is that he made me rich and that our son became a movie star, thanks to his adoptive parents. The rest doesn't matter to me anymore, it's forgotten.
Aymeric: He bit me, and I was ejected from my body... Then nothing... while a demon slipped into my body... It was my former best friend who saved me, and who brought me back here among you, with the help of my family, who organized an exorcism session to free the demon inside me and allow me to return to my body.
Angelo: Wow, your schizophrenia gives you quite an imagination, and you tell crazy stories! Why don't you get into filmmaking with all that?
Sabrina: It's true, we often have original ideas and delusions very much related to science fiction. But wouldn't our illness pose problems for us on a film set?
Angelo: But actually, your schizophrenia can also be a great asset in film. You have sensitivity and emotions to spare, which could make you a truly amazing actress. And think of all the crazy stories you could tell, based on your own slightly crazy experiences, the ones you've imagined and lived!
Aymeric: It's true that it could be an enriching experience. But how do we convince directors to give us a chance?
Angelo: We could start by making short films or videos. Then, we could contact casting agencies or film festivals to share your stories.
Sabrina: I once dreamed of one thing: that my Yaoi stories between Bill and Alex, her ex-husband, would become popular, that I would become a famous Yaoi erotica writer. Unfortunately, Thomas wasn't seduced; he found my language too flowery, too poetic.
Angelo: What does Yaoi mean?
Sabrina: Gay relationships between very charismatic and very sexy men written by girls for a female audience. Bill and Alex were truly the perfect couple who inspired me. I only wrote erotic scenes between them, short stories, various excerpts of erotic scenes, but it didn't go any further. I hoped Thomas could make me famous, but unfortunately, he didn't like it. He wanted more vulgarity, and I wanted very crude language...
Angelo: Wow.
Sabrina: But imagine the man I love with another man, it's really not possible.
Aymeric: That's what defined Thomas. He doesn't have the soul of a poet, which is why he couldn't be seduced by your writings. I really hope God will come to his aid and help him get back on his feet. My film is on display, anyone can see it. I feel like I've fulfilled my dream. Recounting my delusions related to my schizophrenia doesn't seem rewarding, but rather humiliating. It highlights the negative aspects of our illness...
Sabrina: Real delusions that we truly experienced.
Aymeric: But we weren't able to properly interpret things when we experienced these very "delusional" episodes. If we hadn't been schizophrenic, we would have been able to properly interpret what we experienced.
Sabrina: How about a little concert for us, Angelo, so we can escape our delusions? I saw the neighbors downstairs leave... And you still won't be able to make me shed a tear...
Angelo: With great pleasure.
He sang "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran.
...
After a while, Aymeric was so in tears that he felt like he was going to faint...
Aymeric (exhausted): Stop, please
Angelo: Are you okay?
Aymeric: I'm going to go rest, I don't know but, I feel exhausted
He went to his room. Sabrina looked at Angelo suspiciously.
Sabrina: You don't think you've bewitched him a bit with your song again, huh?
Aymeric seems completely devastated by sadness...
Angelo arched an eyebrow.
Angelo: Sabrina, that wasn't my intention at all. I just wanted to share my music with you, that's all, like I usually do with the people around me
Sabrina crossed her arms, looking doubtful.
Sabrina: Hmm, maybe... But admit that you have a gift for touching people deeply with your songs. It's almost paranormal.
She gave him a teasing look.
Sabrina: So, Angelo, are you ready to take on the challenge of making me cry with another song?
Angelo, sure of himself, answered her with a small smirk.
Angelo: Of course, Sabrina. If you can't feel emotions, then maybe you're not fully human.
Sabrina raised an eyebrow, defiant.
Sabrina: Oh, is that what you think? Well, show me what you're capable of. I'm not afraid to cry, you know.
Angelo performed "I don't want to miss a thing" by Aerosmith. He took his guitar and began to play his song with a disturbing intensity. His gaze was hypnotic, his gestures imbued with a strange power. Sabrina felt her heart palpitate, a strange emotion invading her. However, it was not Angelo who controlled her actions.
A dark ethereal aura emanated from him, revealing the presence of a demon, "Lacrimos" that only a medium could have seen if he had his 3rd eye open enough to visualize certain "invisible" dimensions. The latter sought to manipulate Sabrina's emotions, to make her succumb to sadness and tears.
But Sabrina felt a force in her, a resistance. She refused to be overwhelmed, to be carried away by the machinations of this demon. Her gaze hardened, her determination asserting itself. She was going to fight against this evil influence, ready to defy "Lacrimos" to protect her own mind.
Sabrina: It's a failure Angelo! Not a tear. Did you really think I was going to burst into tears? You underestimate my strength of character.
She left the living room.
